Welcome to gardenstead! We’re excited to have you as part of our community. Before you start using our platform, please take some time to read these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). By using our website or mobile applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using gardenstead.

1. Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of the gardenstead website and mobile applications, including all related features, content, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

• User Content means any type of content you make available on gardenstead (“User Content”), such as your posts, profile, photos, direct messages, or links. You, not gardenstead, are responsible for all content you submit, post, or share on gardenstead.
• You must not post or share any content that:

  • Contains threats, hate speech, or harassment.
  • Contains explicit, violent, or inappropriate material.
  • Infringes on another person’s intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
• You keep your ownership of User Content, subject to the license below. gardenstead does not own rights to your User Content except as provided in that license. By sharing User Content through gardenstead, you grant us permission to
  
  • Use User Content to develop, provide, and improve gardenstead and any of our future offerings. For example, we can store and present User Content to other users in gardenstead. This allows us to show your posts in the gardenstead app to other users;
  • Modify or otherwise utilize User Content in any media. This includes reproducing, preparing derivative works, distributing, performing, and displaying your User Content. For example, we can resize your posts to fit the gardenstead mobile or desktop app, or feature examples of User Content for promotional purposes; or Grant others the right to take the actions above. For example, we can grant content moderation tools access to User Content in order to monitor gardenstead
  • Remove or modify User Content for any reason including User Content that we believe violates these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our community guidelines

5. Privacy & Data Usage

• Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
• By using gardenstead, you consent to our data collection practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use gardenstead for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Harvest data or collect personal information from other users.
